Keong Hong Holdings and Malaysia-based Helios Photovoltaic have signed a non-binding memorandum to explore renewable energy and infrastructure opportunities across four markets.
The companies will assess solar generation, battery storage, data centres and associated infrastructure in Malaysia, Cambodia, Kazakhstan and the European Union. Keong Hong could participate as a partner or provide engineering and construction services, depending on the requirements of individual projects.
The memorandum creates a framework for evaluating opportunities rather than committing either company to a specific development. Future participation remains subject to project assessments, funding arrangements, risk reviews and definitive agreements.
