Morocco is inviting contractors to prequalify for the NOOR PV Multisites programme, covering at least 350 MW of solar capacity across five regions.

Procurement scope

Four to six ground-mounted plants are planned, with individual capacities of 40–170 MW. The two-stage selection covers engineering, procurement, construction and long-term operations and maintenance.

Timetable

Prequalification closes on November 30, 2026. Detailed proposals are expected to follow in late 2026 or early 2027, with construction tentatively starting in the second quarter of 2027. These dates remain subject to procurement and delivery progress.
