Recurrent Energy has begun commercial operations at the 200 MWp Villameca photovoltaic project in Spain's Castilla y León region.

Further development

The company plans to add battery storage at Villameca. That proposed hybridisation is separate from the solar plant's operating milestone. Community initiatives and biodiversity measures formed part of project development.
