Yude Solar Technologies and SEDAYUSolar have announced a joint venture in Jakarta to develop solar projects across Indonesia. The partnership covers commercial and industrial rooftops, ground-mounted systems and utility-scale developments.

Project delivery

The partners plan to combine development, financing, construction and operations within one platform. Yude Solar will contribute investment and technical capabilities, while SEDAYUSolar will provide local engineering and project execution expertise.

Storage integration

Battery storage may be incorporated where appropriate. The venture is intended to build a portfolio of renewable assets, with work extending from project planning to long-term asset management. No capacity target or construction schedule was specified in the announcement.
