Vikram Solar has obtained a 289.87 MWp module supply order for an 810 MW solar project at RUVN Solar Park in Rajasthan.

Order and project location

NLC India placed the order on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary, NLC India Renewables. The project is situated at Pugal in Bikaner, within western Rajasthan's Thar region.

N-type technology for utility projects

The supply will use N-type TOPCon modules. Vikram Solar positions this technology for high solar irradiation and elevated temperatures. The module order covers part of the larger project's requirements; its 289.87 MWp rating should be distinguished from the full project's 810 MW capacity.
