Waaree Renewable Technologies has revised two existing solar EPC contracts to a combined 800 MWac and 1,109 MWp.

Revised capacity

One project covers 400 MWac and 552 MWp. The other retains its 400 MWac rating while increasing peak DC capacity from 530 MWp to 557 MWp. The changes concern existing awards and updated work scope, rather than an additional standalone project of the combined size.

Execution timetable

The company received formal communication on October 23, 2026, and plans execution and completion during financial year 2027–28. The revised AC and DC figures describe different capacity measures and should not be added together. The contracts relate to planned project delivery, not commissioned operating assets.
